Karen's Weight-loss Tips

She is fat, so she want to Weight loss. She jogging every day for one year.
She doesn't eat junk food like red tea, hambeger. She eat fruit to loss Weight. The first month she loss over kilogram. The seconed month she loss three kilograms. One year later, she loss fifteen kilograms. And she is happy.
